It is very sturdy as I have beaded around a 4mm paracord core with royal blue seed beads and 4mm silver plated steel beads. The keyring is a 1 inch split ring and the cute snowflake charm is only 1/2 inch across.
You can see the size of it in my hand - perfect for in a purse or backpack - large enough to not get lost but small enough to not take up a lot of room.
