Sized to fit YOU, the wire wrapping is pure copper. The stones are each approximately 1/2 inch long by a bit less wide (15 x 10 mm) and being hand cut each is slightly different in size and shape from the next one which adds to the beauty and naturalness of this bracelet.
Amethyst is a purple quartz believed by the ancient Romans to prevent drunkenness. The word amethyst comes from the Greek word "amethystus" meaning not drunken, or intoxicated and is known in the Crystal healing world as the "Stone of Sobriety"
