These stunning hand beaded Monarch butterfly earrings are delicate and lightweight. I have used Miyuki Delica glass seed beads in brick stitch pattern and used 6 colour shades ranging from a dark orange/red to bright yellow for a realistic interpretation of these beautiful insects that migrate every year between Canada and Mexico. (Over 2000 beads! - that's about 10 hours of beading time for each pair!!!)
These are approximately 1 inch wide (25mm) by 4.5 inches long (11cm) and come on hypoallergenic gold plated hooks by default. You can also choose to have them on studs, lever-back or even clip on earrings if you prefer, just choose your favourite earring style when ordering.
